i'd like to see this compared to the out of camera shot, it seems they images from the horse and car stuff is ebbing back towards the over saturated end of the spectrum, the composition is good but like some wildlife stuff you might make the image better by giving the subject space to move into by this i mean having space in front of the way an object is moving or looking it lessens the boxed in look. take it with a pinch of salt etc but i'm only mentioning it out of constructive input.
