Dear Canon Team, I'm returning to Canon, got myself an EOS R with a converter today and have some EF lenses... going to Turkey, UK, possibly France or Germany by car, will be in December so will be cold! I hope for snow. Going with the wife, and my 4 year old daughter. These are my current lenses: 24-70 F2.8 II 35 1.4 II 100 F2.8 USM Macro Here are my last 2 trips and gear taken: 2019: Went to Middle east, camera only stayed indoors, took Sony A7III with 55 1.8 Zeiss and 85 1.8. First trip I forced myself taking light primes and worked ok. 2018: Europe; Took A7III, Sony 17-35 F4, 24-70 II, 55 1.8, 85 1.8....was a little over the top. The 85 1.8 shots stood out the most by far. I know europe goes well with UWA zoom, but frankly to me if a photo doesn't have one of us humans in it, it doesn't mean much to me; that's why I'm feeling 24mm is plenty wide being objective. I was thinking take 24-70 II and 35 II, and not buy anything that way; OR adding 85 1.8 or 100 F2 to my 24-70II also, if I take 24-70 II I will forced myself to not change lenses, adding dust, etc.... Any suggestions? Thanks Guys
