Hey everyone, the VF display illumination on my Canon 7D Mark ii stopped working, without notice. It's set in the correct way to on and has always worked. I did try switching to the other modes, removing and replacing (fully charged) battery, and updating firmware to 1.1.3. Any deeper insight to this problem? Could another setting negate this one? I use AI Servo mode. Is it known to anyone of you that this function can simply fail (be broken)? Thank you all, Paul
