    great shot Tony
something i been thinking about with the whole red ting and the problems you had before,
something that i noticed is my camera's evf (M50) seems it might be out of colour gamut for some shades of flower red, i took a whole load a while back and as i always shoot through the evf i had a huge problem trying to get the exact colour and tone for what i was seeing at the scene, when i looked at them on the macbook screen they were fine (yeah i know the mac isn't exactly the best colour balanced screen)

i then used the rear screen on the M50 an that seemed to have a better colour representation

Many thanks for your response. I do not have any direct, hands on experience with that Canon model. I did look up some info.

The color fidelity of the Canon M50 is quite good overall, most colors are reproduced very accurately. There are deviations mainly in the yellow-green range with a slight desaturation and in the red range with a somewhat stronger saturation.Nov 2, 2019.

Also, this is a very excellent video review of that model. I am glad I found it since I am considering going to lighter weight gear with type of awesome features of the M50. Hope this proves to be useful. :) Tonytee.
