wondered what stuff people are eyeing up or have on their 'would like list'
i've been eyeing up the laowa 9mm zero d and the laowa 100mm ef macro lenses, also had the sigma 150-600mm on my would like list too.
Been keeping an eye out for second hand or reduced magmod megabox octa pro kit and any other magmod stuff going cheap.
lighting wise i'm looking at some of those rbgw led lights for small to medium studio stuff

    A little Canon stuff

What timing to ask this question, less than 24 hours since I was in our local camera shop to sell on some unused Pentax gear to then see if I can buy some gear for my Canon camera.

In Canon land, the shortest and fastest lens that I am happy with is my 70-200 f4. What am I looking for is something in the wide to standard focal length that is a lot faster as well.

Depending what the camera shop says about my Pentax stuff depends on what I will end up getting.

I have the Sigma 150-600mm f5.0-6.3 DG Contemporary and it is a great lens, as a matter of fact most of my lenses are Sigma. I don't think that you would be disappointed with it. If you would like I could post some of the photos I have taken with it.

Most of my gear has been purchased with my photography class in mind and I have no wife to rain in my gear acquisition, so I have reach a gear overload.
I have regressed to film and producing dark room prints. At first I started off with 35mm film cameras, then a Mamaya C3, later a Mamaya 645 and my latest was a 4*5 inch Toyo View camera. Looking at the 4*5 inch, I now have the want and need of a 8*10 inch.
After I complete my darkroom, I shall make a 8*10 inch back for it and a matching bellows.
I can make most of it myself.

i do have the 100-400 sigma so i can imagine the pics from the 150-600mm would be as good just bigger :)
