Why does my 1dx Mark iii lags while recording

    Hi! I have a 1dx mark iii and when I record in 120fps 1920x1080 handheld, it lags.
    What I mean by lag is that when I pan the camera from left to right, the frames would jump.
    An example of this is attached in the video. The frames jumped at around 5 seconds on the video.
    This is the first time I've seen this. I can see it while I'm recording, playback on the camera's LCD and playback on Premiere Pro as well as on the exported footage.

    Here are my camera settings:
    ISO: 100
    F: 2.8
    Shutter: 1/250
    FHD
    ALL-I
    120fps
    1920x1080

    Equipment:
    Canon 7D Mk II, Canon 10-22, Canon 24-105 L Mk 1, Canon 24mm 2.8, Canon 55-250 STM, Canon 100mm usm macro, 3x Metz 58 AF1 & too many film cameras, mainly Pentax
    Looks like buffering. Have you tried a different (or faster) memory card ? Perhaps formatting your original card might help.
