    I drove over to Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park earlier this week to spot some bears. I got lucky this trip. Here are a few shots I got.

    Canon EOS Rebel T5 with Canon EF-S 18~55mm kit lens and Canon EF-S 55-250 mm 1:4~5.6 IS II
    Telephoto Lens.
    What a great wildlife series. This female seems a bit on the thin side. Is she possibly foraging to store up fat for the winter?

    I think she is still thin from sleeping all Winter. The rangers said she had a couple cubs. Here is one of them. IMG_20230704_153806_124.jpg
